There's a game currently in beta called Endless Space. It's a really cool 4x scifi game (think Civilization, but on a galactic scale). One cool thing they're doing is that anyone who pre-purchases gets a discount, and a say in all sorts of design decisions :3 Right now, they're running a contest for two player-made Pilgrim heroes who'll make it into the game!
