Getting an estimate
If you are interested in commissioning me, please send me a note on my furaffinity account or email me at Pazeelphos[at]gmail.com , to receive a
quote of how much it would cost you. Only email me when I am open for commissions/quotes, commission orders are accepted only when stated *open*
on my Furaffinity front page CalypsoNight. A *Closed* sign will appear otherwise.Please notice, however, that quotes sent are not a confirmation
that your commission-proposal has been accepted, or added to any kind of waiting list. They are for informational purposes only, so the
commissioning party has an idea of how much the costume would cost. Commissions are only accepted/started on once a deposit has been taken and
agreement met.

- A reference sheet of your proposed suit's character (This applies even if you are wanting only a partial fursuit)

Partial-suits
1 head
1 set of hand paws
1 set of foot paws
1 tail
Any additional parts or pieces client would desire to order (wings, extra sets of paws, extra tails, etc.) will add to the cost, and will be
priced accordingly when giving an estimate. Please note this when placing your order.
Terms and Conditions
Commission
For your commission to start you'll need to send a certain amount (that we will discuss) of the total cost in advance, THIS IS NECESSARY for your
commission to begin. The deposit must be payed within two weeks of agreement otherwise it will be cancelled. Then you may need to be re-quoted if
still wanting a commission. If you want, I can send you in-progress photos of your suit-commission, this way, you can comment or suggest along
the way for improvements or changes :) Also keep in mind that, once the suit is complete, I will NOT take apart and re-do patterns, so be sure
and clear what you are wishing for when you place your order.
Guarantees
If the fursuit you receive is not working how it should be, provided the client's information was accurate and it was my fault something is
malfunctioning, I will be available to fix the problem (does not apply if the design is wrong), for up to 60 days from the date in which
theclient received the costume via mail, provided client accepts to pay shipping one way.
Restrictions
- I will not make a costume or fursuit of a character with copyrights or trademarks. When placing your order, you acknowledge that you own
copyrights, trademarks or any other distribution/usage rights of your character, and assume responsibility for it.
- You acknowledge and allow for a maximal completion time of 8 months. Most times commissions are finished earlier, but you agree to this, in
order to allow for unexpected circumstances which might delay your commission order.
- If after 8 months I have not completed your commission you are entitled to free shipping of that costume once completed, Or a complete refund
of your commission.
- Please do not ask for price reductions by using lower quality materials.
- I do not use any real animal parts in my works. No real leather, fur, teeth, noses, antlers, etc. All work is made of synthetic materials and
items, in where fur is artificial, and noses, teeth, horns or antlers are made from plastics, fake leather or other materials. No real animal-
parts will be accepted under any circumstance from client to be used as materials.
- My workshop is located at my house and there may be indirect contact with pets, such as ferrets and cats.
- I may use whatever pictures or video footage I take of your commissioned costume to promote my business.
Payment
At the moment, My accepted method of payment is via Paypal. I will only start working on the commission when the deposit of the payment is done
in advance. Please don't send any money before your order is accepted and contract signed!
If client does cancel commission for any reason, the deposit will not be re-funded, as I will have all ready bought the materials and started on
your costume. I then have the right to sell it. Once your costume is finished I expect the rest of the payment and shipping to be paid.
Note: If you provide wrong measurements, and find out at receiving that the suit does not fit you, I will not take it back and re-making it.
