Questions about paypal XD

Okay, so I FINALLY figured out I love using GIMP and decided "Hey, why not take some commissions?"...So I upgraded my paypal account to Premier to recieve money...But now I has questions...XD
1) How to I actually accept payments? Do I just give people my email address and it'll automatically be sent?
2) Can I transfer that money to my bank account afterwards? Can I set it up so it goes INTO my bank account? If so, how?
Also, any tips would be very much appreciated ^^;; Thank you so much to anyone that helps!

yes you only have to give the person who's paying your email that's connected to your paypal
yes to 2 you can transfer money to bank account, but you have to connect accounts first and it can be anywhere from instant to 2 days depending on which method of connect you choose
also i have a standard account and it still accepts money, the standard only accepts up to 500 dollars a month. premium is usually if you're making alot of money.
