Hitting Some Depression Again

I don't know why I'm posting this, most of you won't read or reply anyways. But I've hit another wave of depression related to my art.
Im not gonna complain about it here since I promised someone I won't vent my bitchiness on FA or whatever.
Needless to say, I'll finish my requests, trades, and giftarts, but after that I'm taking a break from he art for a while.
Im not entirely sure but I just feel my art is entirely inferior to some other people here on FA and I wish I could be as well known and liked as them.
Thats all I'm gonna say about it.

A lot of people think my art is amazing. The only reason it doesn't come out looking like dog-crap is because I spend more than two months on each picture, something I just can't afford the time and effort to do anymore.
I like that you have a playful style to your work. Granted, you're no Kari Korthals, but you're not stiff and starchy in your form, either.
However, I can't deny that it's good to take a break every now and then, especially when you're getting burned-out.
The best real advice I can give that doesn't sound too "cheesy" is to just work for your own improvement not really to try and be like somebody else. I often feel my art is "inferrior" to others but I'll keep drawing more for myself and my own amusement that just for the attentions of others. Look at where you want your art to go and work your way towards it.
We all take breaks when we need to, a little break can really help to recharge one's art.
You're a great artist in your own right. A lot of people think they can do better, but they're already at they're best. And with each piece finished, they're getting better at what they do. My advice is try to be as unique as you can be. You don't need to copy one's art style to be famous. People like you because you're art is unique in a way. I certainly love it.
So please don't be depressed.. <3
