As a few of you may have noticed, I haven't posted anything in well over a month. This has lead some to speculate that I've lost interest in drawing furry art, that I've been killed in some horrible lab accident, or that I've been abducted by aliens and sold into an interplanetary sex-slave ring. But these people are idiots. There is actually a number of legitimate reasons why I haven't posted.

Reason #1: I'm lazy.
Reason #2: I've fallen into a creative slump and I can't get up.
Reason #3: I've been busy with other projects.
And finally, the clincher...
Reason #4: My scanner broke!!! I'm not sure why. It was working one day and then not working the next. It acts like it isn't getting power to it, but I've checked all the plugs and cables and they seem fine. I even tried hooking my voltage meter to the power cable to see if it was getting any juice through it, but the voltage meter didn't react --which creates something of a conundrum. It either means that (a. the cable/power adapter is broke; (b. my voltage meter is broke; or (c. they are both broke (which, sadly, isn't as unlikely as it sounds.)

I suppose I could go into the adjoining room and use the scanner in there, but that be in stark contradiction to Reason #1. So, any new posts will have to wait until I get all these technical difficulties straighten out. Bummer, huh?
