Not tough to make.
Fries, either skinned or dirty. Crunchy outside, soft but not mushy inside.
Brown gravy. (Very dark brown but light flavoured chicken with pepper and vinegar flavors, it's really more like a BBQ sauce than gravy IMHO)
Cheese curd <- this will be the toughest part since you'll have to find natural, FRESH, undyed cheese curd.

You can usually order it in any restaurant, and sometimes in the US. I haven't found a restaurant yet that didn't serve poutine, or some variation of it.
Typical thing is fries, gravy and cheese curds, heated up or baked in an oven. But you can use shredded cheese, usually mozzarella. :3
