why do people take in a pet...or animal they cant take care of it...it pisses me off to see a cat or dog sitting all alone...no one to care for them or feed them...i saw a cat maybe 30mins ago...maybe 1 year old...it was sad...no one cares it seems....what do you people think?

i think its not right ethier i mean if it didn't seem to have an owner you coulda called a aspca yea i belive thats what there called so yea ugh... i don whana get rid of my cats... my mom whants ta... we got 5 cats she says thats to many i don think sop D=
