As if life didn't suck enough...
I'm so tired but this hole in my chest won't let me go to sleep. I just keep tossing and turning and I just wanna cry. I'm so tired of this mood swing thing; I just want it to go away like the rest of the world.

I'm calling to get an appointment with a councelor and we're gonna go from there as to if I should look into medication or not. I REALLY didn't wanna be back on meds just to cope with being back down here though :/

5HTP is OTC so you can get it, and its not like a drug drug, its very helpful and just makes your mood generally better. Though yes, counseling would be good. Hope it all works out for you Wusky.
