My fursona...

You wanna know what I think?
Lets see... I have my Username BigKittyWolf, My Furname Nace Tybera, and my fursona's look coloring.
My username actually was started with a teacher in HS and one of my cats. First off, my Cat: LittleFoot. he was a BIG cat. weighing in at 23.5 pounds, could sit his butt on my lap and nuzzle my glasses, and when laying down was about as wide as I am in his middle. (since you don't know, i'm 6'0" tall, VERY broad shouldered, and have glasses! ^.^) So at this the teacher exclaimed "Damn, that is one big kitty. You know what, from now on i'm going to call you Big Kitty." I didn't think anything of this, until he called me BK in class... few chuckles in class by others, i accepted it with grace, but two of the popular (see: annoying) students thought that this was the Cats Meow and started making sure EVERYONE called me that. Not that i minded much, but it was kinda odd... eventually i decided to join some online email groups and didn't want to be known as my email, so i slapped down BK and went. But since i had begun hearing about other BKs and i was beginning to feel that a Generic Feline/Tiger was just not the totality of me. I knew I was a little wolfish, so a little tweaking to the character and being lazy about a name i tacked on Wolf to the end of BK to become BigKittyWolf. as far as i know i'm the only one with that name, but Kittywolfs are everywhere...
so i needed a name. Mind you at this time i was also engaged to Kali at the time. so i wanted to come up with an actual Name instead of just a username. something that was quick, easy, and required less syllables when spoken. (BKW just doesn't flow and I can't think of how to pronounce it without just stating the letters) So the last name came first, ironically enough, from my favorite character Perrin Aybera from the Wheel of Time series. Since i didn't want to Outright steal it, i changed the first letter in a way that kept it pronounceable. henceforth my character's family name was Tybera. But now i needed a first name... My real name is Rob, i go by that everywhere, online/offline/other... though Rob Tybera didn't sound right... I needed a "real" first name that wasn't my own. Pondering on it for a long time, it wasn't until someone commented that they wanted whatever heat source i was using to walk around in the winter time in shorts and a t-shirt. I proudly exclaimed that my built in furnace was better than theirs! to which one of my friends countered "Its because he IS a furnace!" which i heard as. "he's the Fur, Nace." I liked it, it stuck, and there i go! A pun for me!
The character, well i knew i wanted to be a Feline and Lupine. So i wandered around until i found the right mix. I LOVE The Cheshire Cat from Alice in wonderland. Every incarnation i've seen/read, i have loved and identified with. I was running a Werewolf game once and my knowledge of the system was enough that i had no rival in our group, so they called me "Elder Rob" and another of them would (to keep in theme with the game) Called me Rob-yhuf in all interactions. No they weren't playing off my flair for the dramatic, no... >.> Slap both parties in a mixing bowl, mix well, bake until they match my markings IRL and now you have my color scheme.
