Thinking of offering for a certain type of art commission
13 years ago
Okay. So I'm low on money and need to make some extra on the side. Like everybody else, I'm thinking of possibility turning to doing some art commissions. But, I'm considering in doing one type of commission right now, though.
Pretty much I'm thinking of doing commissions by drawing people's characters in a very simple cute style like in this picture. http://ic.pics.livejournal.com/ukno.....5/original.png As you can see, it can easily apply to other styles aside from the Sonic and anthro style. I'll draw My Little Pony ponies in it, too, once I make up a sample for it.
Basically I'd like to open up slots for people to reserve, and when I'm done with all of the customer's characters in the slot, I will post them all together in a compilation picture like the one shown above. You'll have to have pay in order to secure a slot, and I'll only receive payment through Paypal, but I promise I'll get it done in a timely fashion, and let everybody know if something goes wrong that would cause a delay as soon as possible. (They're simple to draw, ink, and color, after all.)
I was thinking of charging somewhere around $3-5 for each. I'm not sure which exact price to pick yet, though. But, does that price range sound reasonable? Most importantly, though, is anybody interested? I've never done any art commissions, so I'd like to test out the waters by doing something more simple to start out.
