Thanks for the helpful tips! I find being a traditional artist is a tough gig on FA. Not that my artistic life revolves around FA but its my prime venue so far. Maybe I should branch out.

Traditional art IS a tough thing, since more people prefer digital. HOWEVER, there isn't enough people doing it! I myself right now am starting to branch from digital to traditional media, and I'm adoring how beautiful the pictures turn out and how accomplished I feel with each one.

True, Im fairly novice in traditional media, mostly because Im limited on supplies and Ive never taken any lessons of any kind. I just study various art styles and mash em around and see what comes out.

What do you use?
I myself use a mix of Copics and Prismacolors for colouring, 60lb-110lb cardstock for drawing and sketching, and anything from Microns to Copic inking pens.

I use Copics, dont have alot, just 12 colors. Microns ranging from .50 to .20 and Alvin Draft pencils.
