After a year of fighting, mom faintly lost her fight with cancer. She passed away earlier today. I know I have been quiet, and this is why. Now I am a lost soul, unsure what to do. My mother was my rock, the one person I could always turn to. I do not know what I will do at this point, or what will happen. All I can say is I will forever miss my mom. There will never be another woman like her. I only hope one day I can make her proud of me. As proud as I am of her and everything she has done.

I love you mom, no matter where you are. I am always with you as you are with me.
