Liver from what animal?

Beef. I prefer chicken myself, but beef is good if made right.

I'm not so sure I like liver to begin with...I was thinking maybe if I found out what animal it was from it might sound appealing but...ewwwww.

I'm sure it would creep out most people. But lucky for me, I had a good first experience. I was at a Chinese restaurant and I happened to see some fried morsel of meat and I thought, "oh, that looks good. What is that?" I looked at the tag and it was fried chicken liver!

Actually I have had liver. It was in some dirty jambalaya rice at a Cajun seafood place. I gagged because they had buried the rice in paprika. So not a good experience for me.

Ahhh, yes. A bad experience changes everything. That's why you've got to know the chef well before trying to serve liver pie to your guests :3
