I'm not a tax exactor

As people who purchased art from me knows, i'm very open to allow for delayed payments to best suits their needs. This has worked great for me an my commissioners... till recently.
Frankly, i've grown tired to juggle a couple of clients, i know two bad apples don't spoil a tree, but i've lost a couple of weekend of work, stuck to not opening commissions (to respect the deal on my end, that's why i reserve "slots") and yet having my hands tied because i haven't been paid.
So, as a change of rules: when you get a commission from me you're expected to:
-Pay in 3 days from me accepting the commission.
-Explicitly specify if you require a different deadline, and what date it is (and hear back from me if i'm OK with it).
Failure in both will mean the commission has been automatically cancelled.
To the people who have procrastinated payment: from this moment you have 24 hours to pay, or be blacklisted indefinitely. But with a twist: you have to add 1 euro for every PM you've made me write, and 5 for every thumbnail you got. If you want me to act like a tax exactor, lemme ravel in the pleasure of late fees!

Anyways good luck with this, I've rarely seen people be successful with people paying later =x
It's a shame as there are many of us who stick by our word, but I can see how frustrating it must be for people to 'disappear' on you having invested time and effort.
Anyhow, i'll still accept delays, only they have to be stated upfront, which is what most people used to request, anyways.
