This is a project I'm working on right now. I'm hoping to sell it on the android marketplace, and perhaps also the app store. However, I'm not sure what the reception will be. Are you interested in a game like this? Would you support future development with a front-loaded initial price? In-app purchase may not make it to the first release, so I might have to charge a bit higher price for it than I like just to get it out there and give me some breathing room. I eventually hope to convert the game into an F2P model.
This is my first foray into mobile development, and the physics engine and all that have been written from scratch. I hope that I can make many more games using the engine, and already have another one in my head. However, I think whether or not I'll be able to do it depends on whether or not this concept will sell by itself. Please expect a beta testing period soon, to evaluate its market viability.
Any thoughts you may have would be appreciated

Something about unconventional tables...
I've removed the idea of a lives system from the game, so instead, the game plays a lot more like traditional casual titles for mobile. You need to unlock levels as you play through, and can start at any level you've previously beaten.
I've switched instead to Monkey ( https://www.monkeycoder.co.nz ), which has its own platform-specific issues, but they can be worked around a lot easier than problems in MMF can. Its syntax also resembles Visual Basic.NET, which I'm more familiar with than any other language. Transitioning took about a month to get up to speed, and with the right IDE, it is quite comfortable to code in. It also makes it a snap to target a bunch of platforms at once, although the number of modules/libs available for it right now are small. I hope to make libmodplug wrappers for all the target platforms one of these days >w>
Anyway, even for a high-level language like Monkey, you will find yourself cursing and swearing a bit when you have to work close to the metal to deal with limitations of some of the platforms. Things like object instantiation / resource allocation are hidden traps which will cause you major headaches down the road on mobile platforms. Curse you, Dalvik GC! The cause of, and solution to, all of life's problems, as Homer would say.
Huge pain in the ass :D
