(-HM-) A little help with vector graphics?

I'm looking for a free program to convert an image into vector. I'd like to tilt the image I'd previously submitted, but I'm getting some serious artifacting around the edges. Vector would solve that problem, I think. Anyone know anything?
I think I'll give Inkscape a try, and see how it works. :)
you can also get some groovy perspective cheats that way too :D
http://vectormagic.com/ is an online solution as well.
Or you could trace all of your art in Photoshop with the Pen Tool, try using Illustrator or Corel Draw for tracing your art as well.
