In the obsolete definition, it means someone who's truthful. A more modern definition is a prophet.

Aside from being truthful, I've caught on to trends, both consciously and subconsciously, from which I've been coming up with predictions. These predictions, given adequate data trends, often come true. I've had weird dreams (the only dreams I remember) that end up happening... maybe this is something I should look in to.
