#1, with the skyline, is my favorite.
#5, the grey and black, would be my second choice.
#3, the classic symbol, would be my third choice.

Oh, and why:

The others seem less "Batman-y" to me. I don't like pink, and I think the "POW!" "BAM!" things are less interesting to look at than designs. #2, the white and black bats, look less like batman and more like generic Halloween bats. The superhero people ones look okay in the picture, but it wouldn't work as well when actually applied to fingers (you'd have to hold your fingertips together for people to "get it.")

Thanks, I think you deserve a cookie for the best reply thus far. You have some good points. I am sorta leaning towards the first one myself because it's a little challenging but not too hard to overcome, and it will be easily recognized. If I decided to do the pink one, I'd probably change the colours. Pink isn't very Batman-y.
