Three big notes! :)
1. You have just under two months to submit artwork for the Oklacon conbook. This will be our biggest year yet, and if you would like the chance to have your work featured in our special tenth anniversary conbook, please submit your "Monsters"-themed artwork to conbook [at] oklacon.com. We will be selecting the best entries that capture the idea of 1950's/1960's classic movie monsters, B-scifi horror, and mad scientists as we put together this year's book contents. Details on specific file formats for our greyscale pages are here: http://oklacon.com/home/conbook
2. Dealers' Den Registration is now open! Grab your table now by preregistering and then visiting the dealer page while you're logged in. We have a small but busy room with a captive camping audience for a week -- whether you're dealing books, comics, professional commissions, fursuit parts, or reselling the works of other with permission, don't miss your chance to be part of our biggest Den room and audience yet!
3. Artist's Alley rules have changed.. very slightly. The only change this year is the park is imposing a fee for each vendor, whether a dealer or artist, which we must collect on their behalf. This is a State rule, not something our park invented, so please just remember if you've chilled in our high-energy, 24-hour-a-day alley in the past, just bring $10 extra this year for the fee to get a sticker that will let you participate.
That's it! Preregistration is wide open and beds are going fast (as we keep reminding folks!), so don't delay in locking in your spot for the world's largest outdoor furry convention.. WHILE YOU CAN! ;)
