*hugs* I'm amazed the hospital didn't give you painkillers.

chances are you will have that stone for the better part of a month before it possibly passes, mine was with me for 4 months and was 6mm in size, how big is the stone you have?

I ended up taking matters into my own hands and if you can stand the taste of straight lemon juice, 4oz a day for a while should help break down the stone and move it through (Providing it is calcium based) that is what I had to do to get rid of mine in the end. I think once i started the straight lemon juice my stone came out a week later, but everyone has their own methods for dealing with stones.

Didn't they give you some flomax and painkillers to go with you after you were in? they did for me.

sorry to hear you still got it, drink lots of water, take ibuprofen / asprin for the pain or painkillers if prescribed. Uni had a good suggestion but as he stated thats assuming its calcium based.

I did get flomax and painkillers. Stryker also picked me up some ginger ale and cranberry juice. So I will take it easy and let you guys know how it turns out.

That stinks. I hope it goes away quickly!
