Seriously?I mean I purchased this game 5 days ago now.I have YET to receive the game.ITS A DIGITAL PAYMEN!It's not like they have to fucking mail something.
I emailed them a few days ago only to find out it doesn't even fucking matter...They're NOT going to get back to me cause they're working on emails from last month.Well,that does me a lot of good.That's fantastic.This makes me a satisfied customer.They gave me a receipt for purchasing it...WELL WHERE IS THE THING I PAID FOR?What the fuck?Is it my card?Did the transaction not go through?I DONT KNOW CAUSE THEY WONT CONTACT ME BACK!They gave me a huge message on the receipt "THANK YOU FOR PURCHASING MINECRAFT"...Well,thank YOU for not giving it to me.I retried my purchase to see if it was a mistake...Well,it gave me the same message.So I tried logging in.NOTHING.Then I went to tech support to send that email.A few days pass...Well,now I just found out they're not even going to reply to me.So there was no point in wasting my time.They should warn you before you email them so you dont feel like they give a shit.They shouldn't even have a contact us page.They might as well say...Hey,guy...We're fucking busy with other shit...fuck you.I would've respected that more.Cause they leave you with this sense they're getting something done or they're taking your concerns into consideration...These dicks aren't even reading your email within the first few days.
