At some point yesterday I stopped and looked up the kopelaan one, just so I could see that I've already got more frames than that and groan in frustration. X3

Urgh. You don't know how much that phrase makes me cringe. X3 I use Pencil to animate, you see, and it has a bad habit of doing awful things to animations upon reloading. I have been saving backups of the animation; I have been saving backups of my backups. At one point I had <filename>BACKUP1-4 in my files. And I'm glad I did. Last night I had a little scare; one of the frame's images just left earth for no raisin. I just found it in an older instance and pasted it back in. I have had a couple times where frames got all shuffled around and the pictures got moved into random locations and that sort of thing, though, and then I was really glad I saved backups upon backups...

I actually am sad that I forgot to save the worst instance so far. I wanted to turn that into a .gif of its own titled "Why Pencil Terrifies Me." XD

Oh, I actually meant the fact those 110 frames will just make like 10 seconds of animation, except you're running it below 11 fps. xD
I found this the most demotivating thing when animating, when all those hours of work just go through in a few seconds.

Nevertheless, it's a good thing to make backups, and as you seem to put lots of effort into it it just can't be a disappointment! :3

Too true too. 4-7 hours per day for three days straight = like 11 seconds of animation. :C
