Comics about Batman shooting?

Heya!
Please let me know via note if you wanna chat in Skype, I don't normally keep it open.
Already? People waste no time on trying to get on a bandwagon that they know for sure is gonna get them attention.
I personally think that everyone has every right to say anything to/about anyone at any given time, but there are things that are socially acceptable, humane or appropriate. And there are some things that by sheer force of magnitude are just not to be joked about. Even at this time jokes about Columbine and Virginia Tech are rarely seen and most are frowned upon. People died, lots of people. It's not fair to poke fun at dead people for profit when their families are still mourning for them. That's a jerk thing to do and it makes you come off as mean. >.<
Enough about my ramblings that nobody cares about, here's the comic in question. What do you think?

I live in colorado and personally I don't care about the shooting. Some nut job had a psychotic break and did what folks having psychotic breaks sometimes do. It's tragic we lost lives but stopping ours isn't going to bring them back.
And about the psychotic thing... Well, I'm not even North American so I have no idea how it is like up there, but where I live we don't make fun of dead people for giggles.
I don't think about the people who got shot, they died and that's it. I'm talking about the ones they left behind, my heart goes out to them and would never wish for something like that to happen to someone I love. Would you?
Though on free speech, I was merely saying that 'yea this guy's being an asshole but what can we do?'
and unfortunately asshats that exist only for 'bad' attention are around so the best thing we all can do is ignore them.
Like all trolls when the lulz dry up, they'll move on to the next tragedy that punctuates their sad little lives.
Look at what you typed, for instance. Finest example, I'd say. "I support a guy who made a joke about people who got shot by a madman.", that's what I read from that. What does that make you? A big fan, right? Granted, his artwork is good, I just don't support his focus.
Art about prying open fresh wounds caused by some nutjob doesn't have a drive. It's just being mean.
Thanks for your input, though. It means a lot.
