Hiii! I'll post art SOON! but im still new to this and i need some help!
1. Whats the best computer program to work on?
2. Whats the best way to color real pictures? (pencils, markers, ect)
3. What exactly are commisions? I know its when you BUY art but HOW?
4. Any other tips?

2. Colored Pencil's definitely, but not crayola, use professional brands that you can find at a hobby store.
3. Commissions are when you pay an artist to do art for you and you tell them exactly what you want, or give them artistic freedom. :) Or someone pays YOU do to the art for them. Most artists ONLY accept paypal for this kind of stuff.
I'm not sure what other tips I can give you :)
