guy who's supposed to be joker , get red paper pasted over his mouth , is closed in a gas chamber , and then it explodes , brain with spine crawls out of there into sewere where he meets optimus prime and befriends with it , later some kids visit prime and see brain in new mechanical form. now it was with eyeballs.
