As far as I am aware, its legal. Fictitious happenings of it are legal, such as porn with the theme of incest is legal in the US.

It might vary from state to state but writing about incest with fictional characters is not illegal where I'm at. (Florida)

Guess it'd be a case of checking out where your site is hosted and brush up on the laws surrounding that state/country.

Best to google it and see if it's legal in your state and the state/country your server is kept. I found out real fast that fictional incest is legal in most states but I didn't look up if there are any states it is actually illegal.

As far as I know, no law exists that outlaws the fictional depiction of incest. (You can probably thank the First Amendment for that.)

State to state is irrelevant when you're on the internet.
The US can raise some issues and legal action if the safety of real children is at stake (as anyone should be able to.)
but this is the internet! they don't own it, they don't have any REAL Legal control over what people write about!! (Especially fictional)
It's the same reason pirating is illegal in the us, but they can't enforce it well.(The hosts of such things are in other countries)
It's not illegal globally, so it's perfectly fine to post it on the internet. Practicing it in the us is illegal in some states (Not all) And in others the us government has no right to tell you thinking about incest is wrong or writing about it, only DOING it.
But reading/writing/fantasizing is completely legal.
I'm not a law student, so i cannot guarantee this, but if i'm wrong, then the US has way too much power over something they shouldn't!

If you post something in an adults only area on the internet, and it IS fictional and you make clear that it's fictional, then you should be able to pretty much post whatever you want.

Plus! This is a country where you can marry your cousin in more states than you can marry someone of the same sex (as far as the law is concerned) So i don't think many people will give you trouble about incest. (Especially if they're already paying to be on your site)

Fictional Character's of Incestuous relationships are legal in most countries so long as they do not endanger ANY real life person or relate to a real life person and/or children. CANADA, THE UK, and AUSTRALIA it is illegal to have ANYTHING to do with Incest, Underage Children, or Sexual Corruption of a Youth - fictional or real.

I know that literotica.com had an incest section for stories, and at porn shops they sell incest story books. So I don't think it's an issue if it's not real.

There are a lot of incest stories out on the internet. On the internet, I think it depends on the site and the site's rules if that is allowed or not. I've seen some pictures on here a while back that entails "Incest" and I don't think it was against the rules, unless they changed it.

All you need is the disclaimer that its fictional and not based in any persons alive or dead. Or if its off of someone else's ideas you have to mention its their work done without their previous knowledge.
