I should be moving out of my flat and into my house by the end of this month one hopes. i have given my landlady my one month's notice, and paid up the last of the rent. So all doing well, i should be at a new adress by mid september at the latest i would hope. Completion forms being signed off later.

Waiting for some commisions to be finished, but not planning to have any done this month due to effects of moving around. (around 4 seperate ones in the works)
