Get a trackball 8'D

i just need a cheap regular mouse, though id prefer a new laptop =^=

Here's what you do, avoid laptops they are a waste of money. Build a desktop PC or find someone that can. Even if you dont play video games, a good video card and processor will allow you to make digital art, all you'll need is a tablet, but I don't know how much those are, best of luck.

can't fit a desktop on my desk ;^; and i have no where near enough money for that

If you have enough money to keep on replacing laptops I'm sure you got enough for a
desktop coz in the long run you end up paying far more for a cheap laptop than a cheap desktop.
The desktop also dose not have to be on a desk though it dose increase the life span of the machine in terms of dust and all. If it has to be on the desk then get a small case tower, standard key bored, mouse and screen.
Just something to get the job done but don't neglect the hardware in the pc it self, I know that
that can be the most pricy part but having a small case can limit what you can pu in the pc if you
want to make a custom pc. All I can say is save up if you can coz it will be worth it.

i barely have enough for that, but i can't spend a lot of time waiting for a computer to be built when i can't connect it up to the internet from my room and i need a the internet 95% of the time and i don't have the money right now, so just the mouse please

Then by all means get the mouse but save for the pc as you can also have a wi-fi built into the pc or get an attachment installed (personally I found the add on to be a frustrating waste of time) or buy a very long ether cable lol.

thing is though im hoping that i won't be staying here long, and a carrying every thing i need AND a huge wifi PC isn't easy, and im never gonna be able to drive or own a car, waaay too much money

yee, here the only pc around are huge, especially the wifi ones and i can't buy anything from the internet

Lio, NewEgg.com is a great resource, you'd be very suprised what you can get for very little money, I'm not the best with conversions, but 400£ is roughly 700 USD, that will get you a very high quality rig, and if you cant purchase from the web, find a friend that would be willing to do it for you, (as long as you give him the money for it)

problem is...right now i have £15...not £400 and i very rarely get £400 XD /315 is enough for a cheap mouse and there's a chance i could exchange this laptop for another for free but....yee XD

Im telling ya, its the better choice, plus you can take it to collage

yeah but i kinda need it like, right now, and i don't have the money...or close to the money, and i'll probably be in college by the time i get that money XD
