Finally got some time to write about several things that I got going on or thinking about.

The big news this week. I have been added to the staff of a new furcon in Nashville, TN. It's call  fangcon( http://www.fangcon.com/ ) to be held October the 26-28. Please come and help make it a success. If you are unable to attend pass the word to everybody you know. The more successful new furcons there are. The easier it will be furries to go to several furcons a year and be close by.

Well as many of you AFM furries know  Donkey (in Minotaur fursuit) and me went out to several Chick-Fil-A on Cow Appreciation Day. I was driving and spotting for  Donkey. This is a first for me I never spotted for any fursuiters until July 13. We went to 7 stores in order Rowlett, Garland, Mesquite, Dallas (Abrams/635 LBJ), Murphy, Plano and Dallas (across from SMU). Most of the stores we were well received only the Dallas (Abrams/635 LBJ) do we have problems. The Marketing manager came out to asking me questions about what we were doing. I stated to her the it was it was Cow Appreciation Day so people were encourage to do what we were doing it just Donkey's costume was nothing like they ever seen before. So she ask why I would take pictures and video. I stated it my hobby to take pictures and video of fursuiters and anybody that is interacting with them. I show her pictures taken a week before at the AFM. Then she told me that some of the parents were complaining. One of my personal rules is not to make anybody feel uncomfortable. So I told her that we would leave after I finished eating and I would not publish any pictures or video of that store. All the other stores people and staff were surprise and happy to see us. Last week on Furcast they read another one of Greenreaper's articles Profile: Upcoming art site Weasyl seeks $5000 by July 31 (http://www.flayrah.com/4183/profile-upcoming-art-site-weasyl-seeks-5000-july-31 ). Near the end of the show I noticed that  greenreaper was in furcast IRC. So I know he was watching or listening to the podcast. I know that  greenreaper was really enjoying himself at the end of the show based on all it text messages in IRC. I glad he had a good time and hope to talk with him at the next AFM this month.

Believe or not I have one more topic. This one is more for the furries in the DFW area of Texas. I have been thinking of some public fursuit outing may be starting in November. Some of the thing that I have been working on is fursuiting at Fair Park and Fursuit dancing at the Rec. Centers in Dallas. I have already started talking to the Director of Dallas's Park and Recreation about this. Paul Dyer was very positive about this. So I believe it should be just a matter of letting know about when we would be Fair Park (except during the State Fair). The Rec. Center dancing should be possible and just cost us a couple dollars is what I hoping. Sorry everybody for being so long winded.
