is it only just me?

probably not, but I just want to ask and know if any one here has the same um problems? no, not problems its just somehting that happens to me from time to time, and it happened again this morning.
some times, secially when I am painting I get this weird feeling all over my body, I experience heat, heart beat speeds up, I start shaking, and I got a feel of rage, you know like bashing the shit out of some one, just all of a sudden, what I do normaly its just stop what ever I am doing and go for a long walk, its kinda weird lol, and it doesnt lasts long, 5 to 10 mins I would say, just thought of sharing and see if any one here has the same events.
I think a good way to explain it in few words is, its like a sudden explosion of energy
and before you start, nope I am not crazy or shit XD it just happens rarely but it happens

i just know that sometimes i'll be drawing and be so into it. then i'll get a random, powerful emotion then be like 'wth, i wasn't even drawing anything relative' but then i figure i was so locked into my art that my brain wanted to go for a walk on it's own. heh
I'm not an anxious person but I got one once when I was nice and relaxed (or so it was diagnosed by a friend). Except instead of going into a rage, i kind of started shaking and simply blacked out on my feet. The other symptoms were the same though. I donno, maybe it's something similar?
Brains are weird either way.
Though it seems a lot more benign now anyway, probably just a quirk and nothing to worry about. I have no qualifications to this, but I strongly suspect that with me anyway, it had something to do with a lack of sleep. Just FWIW.
You're kinda like the hulk when you think about it. That's what I'd go around telling people, anyway.
Would you rather ignore it and hope it goes away, for it to turn out to be something a lot more serious too-soon-too-late
Or just go ask a professional. Hell, they might just give you some pills for 2 weeks and boom, you're better. :P
Welp, might be a build-up of energy like someone else mentioned. Take a breather from the computer every now and then, and make sure you're topped-up with water / flavoured water.
However - I do know what you're talking about. I've experienced it as well. I was not aware however if it was just me or a more common phenomena since I have PTSD.
Pheochromocytoma: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pheochromocytoma
In essence, it is a rare tumor of the adrenal glands that cause random bouts of Rage by secreting too much norepinephrine and epinephrine.
It's like, a 2-8 chance in a Million, but it isn't unheard of and it DOES happen. Ironically, your primary symptom is sometimes the only one that manifests.
So please, talk to your doctor again, even if it's just a phone call.
I'm not saying a malignant tumor. In fact, it's much more likely to be benign, which means you can have it your entire life and it will continue to mess you up without actually killing you.
But if you don't want to look into it, that's your problem. Just trying to help.
Checking the adrenal glands (which sit atop your kidneys like little hats) is definitely not part of a common checkup, so you ought to suggest it specifically to your doctor. Most of them don't even consider it unless they're endocrinologists themselves, and in fact most adrenal tumors are diagnosed at autopsy. You know what that means.
If it doesn't happen all that often, then it might not be anything too bad. But if it becomes more frequent, then you ought to nail it down, because if it is an adrenal tumor or abnormality, then it's serious.
