Thought I was having a heart attack last night.

I hate when I feel like that.
I was scared I was gonna die.
I guess it might have been a panic attack?
That's what they usually feel like for me. Heart attack symptoms.
It was weird. My throat kind of felt like it was closing up too. But I think that might have been because I was freaking out about the other symptoms.
Charlie told me that I wasn't gonna die.
That this shit has happened before.
But I was still scared.
Said for him to keep an eye on me and if it looked like I was gonna die to call an ambulance or something.
Luckily none of that had to happen.
I'm alive.
I think the soreness in my left shoulder/arm was from going to the arcade earlier, but idk about the chest pains. That was weird.
They might have been connected. Might have been like just that I was in a weird position.
Idk.

is that

Most my panic attacks come in the form of really bad stomach aches and sometimes spazzing out.
It sucks.

I'm pretty sure it was because I was in a weird position earlier that night. So you're probably right in that the muscles probably had some straining going on, and I was reading too deeply into it.
I wasn't sweating, and that's something that I made note of, as well. I was pretty certain that I wasn't going to die that night, but damn it sure felt like it in that moment. :/
I try to do a few mindful breathing techniques every now and then, including when I'm trying to sleep and stuff... I really should practice them more often too.
