Vacation's over. Back to the grind

So last month I ventured over to Sydney for the International Youth Cup and man was it ever an experience. My accommodation were rough as. 4 guys in a small cabin with a hot water heater that only had enough hot water to last 15mins, so as you could guess morning showers were fun. Also the cabin had no heater and in the middle of winter that isn't a good thing XD
The tournament itself was another story. The 5 day tournament was amazing and at the end of it all I was selected as top umpire and got to call the Gold medal game as Crew Chief. It was a great experience and opened the chance to stay 2 more days to umpire 2 international friendly's which I did.
Coming back home to Auckland was nice, and I was able to enjoy 2 more weeks of vacation before work started. Now its back to work, and training for the upcoming softball season as well as the Canadian Death Race, which I will hopefully be running with a mate *cough* Tdawg *cough* :P
Visa expires in November so we will see at that point where abouts I will be spending Xmas :P
Cheers
