So my ex and now ex roommate decided that she was going to skip out on rent this month and move all her shit out of the apartment while her name is still on the lease. Looks like I need to find myself not only a new roommate but a lawyer to take her to court for the remaining money she owes for the Lease and Rental Agreement. As long as you can pay about 375 a month in rent plus an extra 40 to 50 towards utilities is required as is getting to know you a bit better first! :3
