Alright, so I have my choice of drawing tablets and I have no idea where to begin... Any suggestions on a good model?

Do as I did . Start simple and it works just as well. I got a Genius 8x6 pen tablet off ebay brand new for around 15-20 (even though they are 35-40) I use that for all my arts.
