Some little poem I wrote........then tried to translate to French......I'm not sure if it did it correctly



Death shall keep his pace,
Showing his grimace to thee,
As impending as the night,
he shall come to claim thee.

But do not fear, my sweet
And take solace in this,
that like the flowers of the spring,
Everything beautiful must die




Mort doit conserver son rythme,
en montrant sa grimace à toi,
comme imminentes comme la nuit,
il viendra à toi réclamer

Mais n'ayez pas peur, ma douce
Et se consoler dans cette
C'est comme les fleurs du printemps
Tout belle doit mourir
