Stuck in the Middle of Suck

Okay, in my job field I've been working and have a suck choice time. I have three prospects which popped up I could apply for and oddly enough have really good (like 75%+) chances of getting. All three would be offering about $5 an hour which means $10,000.00 a year MORE. That's foldin' money. This would be a huge upgrade to me, though sadly it means I may have to work out vacation stuff all over, or may end up losing some depending. Plus each has good and bad sides to them....
So my choices are as follows:
1. Stay in my current job for TEN GRAND LESS THAN ELSEWHERE. I do way more than my job description, but the work is easy for the most part, and they may retitle me so I get credit for everything I'm doing but I doubt it.
2. Take a job back in DFW. The doctor I work for now resigned and is going up there to be with a private practice group. Their tech just up and quit so they need someone badly and he'd love me to work there. It'd be a raise, someone I like working under, and in an area Bravo could find work and transportation easily. The problem being it'd start really quickly and I'd have to shell a few grand to move and for a new apartment.
3. Apply to a hospital down the road a little ways, for more money, no moving, and easy as hell work. I was told they process 150 blocks a day and have like 5 staffers which is a crazy light load and they're having trouble filling it. I have a big inkling the techs aren't licensed/experienced histos (common issue around the country) so me being there would be a big boon to them. They're so desperate they hired the hospital I work for's supervisor as a regular tech at her supervisor payrate. The problem though is with her and me the work would get done hella fast so they might let people go or make them part time and I'd be the low man....
4. Where the supervisor left, apply for her old position at the hospital. The lab director said they'd be looking to see if anyone in house would want it, and only one person I know of there would possibly consider it. I could likely keep my planned vacation and benefits as I'd be shifting departments. This one would be horrifically hellish work in understaffed and deplorable conditions, along with me needing to be locked in for 3-5 years which is the common timeframe needed for supervisory experience to apply elsewhere. Big thing though, histo supervisors usually make $60-70K a year. This would be $50-55K probably, but after way more than I get with the other two options.
So.... what to do? I'm really at a loss. I'm thinking though maybe moving back to DFW as that helps Bravo the most.

Of course, the real answer is to apply for both 2 and 4 and then see which you actually get. :3
Honestly, they all seem like decent options. Which is is good. It means you can focus on asking yourself which one will make you happiest. :)
Even if it's not as convinent as something could be, when you're with/working with someone you click with (or even in a group), it makes it FAR easier to enjoy and stay doing what you do.
You have to look out for your own happiness, and if that's what would make you feel best, and for the short term issues it could cause financially (I'm in very much the same boat at this moment), in the end if you're happy, and working, that's the main thing.
I very much wish you luck in your decision!
