its alright, im not sad. but sometimes i feel emotions i cannot describe and they confuse me. i cannot figure out what i am feeling. it feels kinda like my mind is swimming is a foggy haze, trying to find a way out. i dont know. but im not feeling sad, just confused.

try to play something or read maybe draw, distract yourself a bit it might help you ^^

I'm really sorry to hear that man. I know how you feel. And the bottling emotions thing could be it. I'm the same way. I bottle up my emotions for so long and then something meaningless just sets me off.
