commission slot opening in next week or so (I hope)
My commission list is almost cleared, so I'm planning to reopen soon. Kinda.
As I said in a journal a while back, I'm not good at keeping to deadlines made too far in advance. So for this project I want to try something different. I'm looking to take on ONE commission, for a head or partial only, at a flat price, for very fast turnaround (probably within a month or two from receipt of the downpayment). If this works, I'll keep working in this way, one project at a time with very quick delivery times since it will be the only thing I'm working on with zero queue. I know this makes it hard for the *customer* to plan, but it's the only thing I can think of to overcome my abysmal time management track record.
Hopefully this will prove to be a more appropriate way of working for me. I do a lot of non fursuit projects as well as my commissions and in the past it's been very tough to juggle everything and also plan in advance. I'd like if this new system allows a bit more flexibility without the need to try to plan out many months head and run a high risk of schedules slipping.
I'll post a well marked commission journal with full details at the time, I'll also post a submission for people who don't read journals and make an LJ post. If anyone is interested remember I need good CONCEPT ART. It'll be an anything goes commission, if (as I hope) I get a reasonable number of applications I'll pick the project I think I can do the best job with, be it toony, realistic or anything in between.

Definitely interested. I've been waiting for a while for you to open up for a slot or quote since I've got a plan for a suit like QL, which both of us created.

I'm interested in a partial. I'll see if my friend can draw me some concept art later. Just having trouble with money right now :(
