HA! You thought I was going to do Tessa didn't you? Fuck no! Tiana came first so hers comes first dammit!
Anyway... Let's find out. Meme thing, go!

<5 -Anti-Sue Your character may be a bit on the boring side. Of course, this does depend, but generally if they are scoring that low, it wouldn't hurt to 'spice them up' a bit ^^
6-15 -Balanced Character If your OC scored around here, then they are probably quite a well-balanced and interesting character. Those scoring in the higher end of this category may be a bit too much though.
16-25 -Borderline Mary-Sue We have a problem. You need to tone your character down. They are most likely a bit annoying to others, too.
26< -Mary-Sue Oh dear. Do I really need to comment on this?
A lot of these questions were odd, most being entirely irrelevant in a lot of different situations. But, at least Tiana scored well. It says on the higher end of the 6-15 thing is iffy territory, but considering what I'm working with I'd consider this not bad.
Tessa's totally probably going to be a Mary Sue though.

If you look at the <5 bracket, you can see that the aspects that make a character "Sue"ish are inherently the things that make a character interesting, I.E. not "boring." But thee is a finite line that this quiz tries to draw. A lot of it is subjective, and some of them are even contrary (mysterious/dark vs lively/happy; they're even put side by side) but it's the amalgamation of all these traits in the attempt to keep the character the center-of-all-attention, at all times, that takes away from the power of the story, and makes it less likely that there is great conflict that will be over-come.
I don't know if you've played Dead Space, but the character Issac is a wonderful example that I can swing both ways.
Looking at Issac, and taking but a small sampling from the list, he does have hallucinations, he is sorta telekinetic in a sense, chosen one (by default of us playing him in a game, of course) and a few other various "quirks" that make him integral to the story of Dead Space. He's not a living piece of tapestry, needant to be woven into every second of the story, but he is still central to the mythos, one way or the other.
If we were to go in one way, and say, strip him of some of those 'qualities' we would likely find ourselves knee-deep in Gordon Freeman, as per HL1. Gordon, himself, was more or less canvas paper that a rich, rich story was painted upon. And that's what a lot of people take away from those games. Not so much what "Gordon did" but "what happened around Gordon." Which isn't bad! For an interactive medium, of course. But if you were to deconstruct Gordon, himself... there isn't a whole lot to make out about him, eh? He's just the "some dude."
But if we were to push it in the opposite direction, if we were starting to load him down with all kinds of "demonic possession" and "medical condition" then yes, "unique eye color" is something that becomes apart of a glaring "Sueverse" character like Albert Wesker. He gets a lot of slide becuase he's an antagonist, and having overbearing opposition is always fun and challenging, but we look at him as a character and it's just a laundry lists of things from this meme, and he's become something of an eyesore, hasn't he? Like a bloated Tetsuo...

Though, I do think some of the questions were biased and maybe the meme was written for human characters.

This is a far more comprehensive and generic test for finding Mary Sues. Popular, long-lived characters like Harry Potter or Captain America will usually score higher because they're the main characters and the central story focus. However because they are usually so well written we can forgive that to let us enjoy the story: a Mary Sue is not the sum of its parts.
