It's interesting reading up on somebodys life when your friends with them and you can't physically be there to know how they are. So reading is in a way being able to catch up with them.
Because I still consider you a good friend, even tho we don't talk much anymore. You were among my very first friends on IRC, and I still remember the first words you typed. "Are you here to put the orc in us?" I care deeply for you, and I worry every time you post a journal, fearing the worst news about your condition. :(
Some of the people it's because they're usually funny or insightful. Many it's cause I want to see what they're up to, or see if I can learn something or lend a hand or an ear.
You in particular cause I've followed your art since I found your stuff on furnation in oh so long ago. (It doesn't seem that long till I remember the year :p)
It's interesting how many people refer tyo me as their first intro to the furry fandom , and I often wonder why. I've heard that a lot. It's nice, but still a curiosity.
Why do I read them in general?
Journals are a glimpse into the head of people I watch. Sometimes they let you find out what makes them tick.
They can also be a reason to unwatch someone who spams his followers with dozens journals a day. Guess they forget it's not twitter
Why do I read yours?
Because I'm not the guy who unwatches someone just because they don't draw new sexy guys. Partly I feel that since you've given us so many handsome hunks without asking for anything in return, I owe to stay through the not so good times. (hard to phrase my thoughts in writing using my 3rd language, sorry if it sounds awkward)
It is a way of getting to know someone indirectly, yeah.
And thank you very much for sticking around. I for one really appreciate such a thing. There are lots who do the opposite.. But that is a big discussion unto itself.
Most of folks here (meaning here on FA) are little more than children, scared of anything that can be labeled as "serious". And I'm not reffering to just their physical age, but their mental maturity level. Explains the lack of patience, constant drama wars and other things plagueing the fandom (or at least the majority of it).
The parts of their brains responsible for dealing with issues like mortality haven't developped yet ..... let's hope they will in time.
I've been following you for oh so many years and I find you one of the more interesting people to follow :) Sure you've been quiet, but doesn't mean I should stop following you. Like some who posted here before, I don't follow someone on here just for their submission.
Plus, how else am I going to get to know someone better? Journals is one way to get to know someone.
Well if you are asking if you have a cut cock or not, that is something you would know better than I would. If you are asking if you are one of the furs I don't read anymore, no you are not cut. But I do fall behind somethings and don't always check out any journals that are more than a week old when I fall behind.
I meant to say that I keep reading your Journal entries because I hope to see you actually get better for good one day, though your semi-literal fighting for your life and attitude towards such helps matters.
I tend to only read other journals if it's someone I know.
and really just curiosity
Along with Lewd/Monsterbaiter, and Kaa, you guys were the first three to introduce me to this world.

i know just what you mean.
