Badge trades?
I enjoyed doing my trade with Eenyu and I love getting badges, so I'd like to do more trades.
I'd be doing something like this:

So, if you're up for a trade then let me know. I'd like it if you could leave some example(s) of what kind of badge you'd be doing, too. Though it's not totally necessary.

Look, I’m a total, and I mean total noob to this whole fandom really. What is a badge? I gather it’s a face with a name on it? Does it have to be on a physical medium, or can it be an electronic image?
I don’t know if you would be interested, but I’ll float an offer if it’s the latter. As you may have gathered by my overt assertion, I’m not entirely sure I know what a badge is, let alone have any examples. But if you look at my avatar, or the two images that make up my vast gallery, you can see examples of my art.
Alternativley, I can try another style at your request. That is after all why I’m on the site – to get better at 2d. But it might be a bit like giving a 4 year old some cake mix and an electric egg beater; Regardless of the end result, you can be sure the endeavour will be tackled with optimism and enthusiasm.
Alright, crash course in badges (a.k.a. conbadge, convention badge) time! Badges are small drawings of a person's character/fursona that is (usually) easily recognizable and includes their/their character's name. They are worn to conventions so that people can meet up or recognize each other by their unique characters. Though sometimes people, like myself, just like to collect them as they are usually smaller and cheaper than an artist's regular work. Mine are more often than not no larger than 3"x5". They can be done either traditionally or digitally, though if they are done digitally they should be printed and laminated so they can be worn. Sometimes I have had artists send me hi-res digital copies of their work and I will print it off myself. It's not unheard of. I hope that helps a little.
I would love to do a trade with you. And I'd personally like to see what you can do with optimism and enthusiasm in 2D :)
This is the reference sheet for my character: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7118189/ If you'll link me to your reference I can get started on something. It'll be a detailed head like above, but I can add an amorphous background and/or a name if you don't want to use it as a convention badge.
The character reference sheet for my guy is here:

Though, it’s not really a great reference for his face I guess, so I’ve added a temp submission with some frames of the picture I’m currently working on here:

As far as style is concerned, please feel free to go off sheet for whatever reason you want. I’m fairly relaxed about that. I’m sure there’s a billion cool ideas out there that I didn’t consider.
As for your badge, I’ve made a quick sketch tonight which I’ve submitted here:

I wrote a bunch of stuff in the description, so check that out.
Or, perhaps even a surprise third option? A force so powerful the other two have to set aside their differences and combine to resist?
HAHAHAHAH!!!
No, I meant if you had a third option. I'm not about to name your character for you. I'd probably stuff it up, and come up with a stupid idea. As you can see above.
Anyway, whoof here it is:

Let me know if you want any changes and stuff, which I can totally do. And then let me know how I can send you the high res version which you can print out, if you so desire. And I can also send the psd if you ever wanted to edit it yourself and such.
*pokes gently*
did you ever check it out?
I love it. The effects in the eyes are really cool and I love the pose. Hopefully I'll get up a finished picture for you in the next couple of days.
