I think i figured it out.

I feel i need to put something in hear. Just not sure what.
I think i figured out whats causing my restless sleeping and headaches and hurt eyes.
As i was waiting for the free clinic to open. (they closed today :p) i pulled out the psp and started playing it. Low and behold i was straining my eyes to see the screen from the glare of the sun. Thats when it hit me. Its playing the psp after midnight and sitting at my computer screen with no lights on.
Solution?
Im putting the hand helds aside for about a week. and going to keep lights on in my room from now on when im on my computer at night. Hopefully that fixes everything.
Now for the cough and sore throat i dont know. but sense thats all that is. im drinking plenty of water and airborne for some vitamins.

i did what ur doing and the problem was fixed, only now my eyes are getting worse. i have to squint really hard to read things from a reasonable distance, and i go cross-eyed wen driving at night ... scary crap right there ...
but anywho, its good to see that u've discovered the solution to your problem!
