Wings or horns would do the trick.

Yeah I would probably go with some dragon wings, you can adjust the size and shape to get more or less "dragon" as you say :P

you could alter his build a little depending on what kind of dragon you mean. there's all sorts of them. Anywho, you could always change the build to a bit more of a barrel-chested, high shoulders look. Not all dragons have horns, but it could be something to add. Also, not all dragons have wings, you know. For example, eastern dragons are much more snake-like than anything else, and also don't have wings.

Just a few thoughts from me....

im kinda more the chinese dragon type than the english dragon...

then I really recommend a lankier body type, possibly the long "whiskers" that you usually see in eastern dragons. Perhaps even the horns that eastern dragons are usually depicted with.
