Hey guise!
Just another up date for my shit to do list!
I should be getting my supplies for Golden Sands this week! :D But other then that, the style for TGS and the RefSheets are going along pretty well.
On to non comic things:
I am finishing the logo for the café I am now the assistant manager of. (What I got my self into I have no freaken’ clue) Along with actually getting all the business end of that tied up, actually, done, cleaned, or how ever you wish to call it. Boy is that a lot of work.
Also, I have a commission for a logo that I am waiting for approval on to continue.
Working on my half of an art trade. (Sketching right now)
Still waiting to get white paint for this painting/acrylic catharsis idea I have.
My friend has convinced me, that despite the fact I hate anime, I have to cosplay some chick, from some show I don’t even know for a convention that I am doing work for. So eventually I’ll have to get started sewing my cosplay.
Music wise, I am working with the maids and butlers at the Café I manage to get an ensemble going. My primary focus right now is getting every body that can play together to decide on songs, and I need to get a count of who wants to play to so I can edit the score for Suyursis’s theme (From Memoirs of a Geisha) in a way all the instruments we have play corresponding parts, and so it just generally sounds very good.
Similarly, I am working on editing the choreography for one of the dances for the male part so they don’t have to dance as if they were females. (It looks really damn funny right now.)
Of course however, amongst all this, I need to remember to actually sleep like a regular human being. Which is hard for me to do. XD And, sadly I almost relapsed in my “depression” of sorts, so I still have to deal with the source of that.
But on a completely different and fun note: sometime this week I am getting my first tattoo! Of a little ahnk, less then an inch long, most likely on my left breast.
On a really side note: I am never going to Spencer's with my parents again...When my mother found the lingerie and the whips....First she was like "Oh Devin, that would look great on you" MOooom! Then she grabbed one of the whips and kinda flicked it, looking at my father...She never ceases to scar me...
