A new Policy Regarding Payments

As per a recent event, well, it was drawn out over five months, but the drama involved is recent.
Event: Was selling a partial for $280, $70 cheaper then I wanted it to be. It was an emergency, we needed rent, was promised fast payments, Received a down payment of $80. NEVER got another payment after that, lost our home, yadda yadda.
Policy
Anything under $400 must be paid UP FRONT
Any Emergency Commissions/sales/whatever, must be paid UP FRONT
Sorry to have to be like this, but We've lost more money over this event then what it was worth.
I don't want a repeat.

We will be redoing the Paws, Hand's made by Snappi Feet made by Jase
We will be adding a tail, we will be touching up the fur!
Then it will be up for sale, again!
