I am ashamed to admit that I never read the book, but Tyler perfectly represented that raving lunatic inside each and every one of us that we'd love to let loose but are afraid to accept the very existence of. I read a review that absolutely panned the movie as trying and failing to make a point about modern society, but I think the reviewer completely missed the point of what Tyler was supposed to represent and why "The Narrator" never even had a name.
Wow...I'm rambling about a movie to someone who obviously already gets the point that I'm working toward trying to make! I must be tired. I shall go to my bed now before I turn journal novelist. Good night! *snore!*
BUT I CAN"T REMEMBER THE CHARACTERS LAST NAME!!!!
That's what I hate. Yeah.
Anyway...
Soap.
Yep.
