Workout update

It's been a few months since I've started regularly and only about a month or so since I've had an actual plan. lol
I have seen notable improvements in my arms and chest. My back feels stronger too.
cianthefur said that my lats feel bigger and more defined.
Lately I have been using a scale that measures body fat. I started at above 25% and stayed there for a while, which was really irritating, but then it dropped to 24.4% and last night I was at 23.8%! Wooo!
I am liking the mirror more and more. xÐ I used to be thinner and stronger before I hurt my back, but I don't think that I ever looked this defined. :Ð
My cardio is swimming laps, last time I had to swim 25 meter lanes instead of my normal 25 yard lane. I did 30 laps of that last time which equals to 32 laps in the yard lanes. In case you are wondering, that was 1,500 meters or 1640 yards (.93 miles).
My weight lifting is a variation of three workouts. Unlike most people, mine is set up for a full body workout. I have definitely shown improvement there, I have gone higher in weights every week.
I might start taking progress pictures, but the last time I did that I got bummed out by how I looked and lost a lot of motivation. I should just have my mate handle all of that. :Þ
