Haha, I feel the same. I'm lousy at replying to comments and notes and sometimes don't bother. But sometimes I worry if I come off as a dick.

Given the number of comments you get, I think you do a good job of responding to them. I doubt if anyone really feels you need to reply to every single comment when there are hundreds of them.

Many people tend to forget that the fellow at the other end of the internet has a life too, might be in different timezones, work odd hours etc.
I mainly comment to add support and give appreciation, and to let you know that I like what I watch.

I'm in IT with a full time job. A few years ago I used to use IM a bit but when some people from oversea's got huffy because I would not log in the middle of my day (their evening) and chat, not sit on the computer in the early morning when I had work the next day and netsex I ended up dropping IM's all together.
I usually chat with emil, via forums.. But if I do IM the recipient better understand that it is whilst I am doing other things and so there will be lags.

I don't think you need to feel bad, it really isn't possible to respond to every single comment when you're as popular as you are and have as many watchers as you do. And when the comments are simple and uninteresting, or difficult to respond to, or generic enough as to not need a response... As for notes, well you are very busy. As long as you acknowledge in some way eventually (like this!), you're cool. *hugs*

I can't hold you accountable, there's only so many ways you can respond to "That dick looks hot, MURR etc."
