If I were to stream, what time would be best? (list of q's)

I know it might be a bother to some of you, but I'd really love some honest answers. Thank you ahead of time! :)
If I were to host another stream, what time (server time) would be best for everyone?
I'm just wondering, cause of the new (and utterly stupid, in my opinion) twelve hour rule, I'd only be allowed to post once, and I don't want to risk "spamming" by linking to my stream on finished works from in-stream, cause I know SOME admin out there would badmin the entire ordeal stating it was a stream notification, despite it being original unposted work.
Also, if you were to attend, would you be interested in getting anything?

How much would you think I should charge minimum on any commission in order to be taken seriously as a quality artist?
Do you think my art is even worth being paid for?
Do you think there are things I should not charge for at all?
Should in-stream commissions be more, equal to, or less than normal commission prices?

I don't have any money for commissions currently so probably not.
Price wise, I tend to go for $5 sketches.
Your art looks good enough to pay for, yes. It all depends on what you can get.

I would be interested in getting stuffs but just a little tight on cash right now :/

I think your already a quality artist :) you can charge whatever you feel. but sketches id say start 5+, doodles/icons 3$, busts 10-15$, full colors 15+

id say equal to, or have a 'sale' stream would work fine, but not more than a few dollars off :)
