Like the title says, I have a problem.
A pretty big one, and I'd appreciate some advice on what to do.
I officially leave Uni this upcoming Saturday, and as it is there's bills to be sorted out and finalised. Which means getting cash of my other housemates. One of them isnt a problem, and promptly pays me. However the other...
Well put it this way, he's butthurt. Like severely so.
He's been ignoring me for a few weeks now for reasons which are too long to go into right now. But to put it simply he's avoiding me like the plague.
I've been giving him warnings long before the final uni week that I'll be needing my cash (and my belongings he borrowed months ago) before I leave and he does absolutely nothing about it. If it were a small amount I might just wave it, but it's just under £200 he owes and this is for two bills.
So yes, my question is this: what do I do?
If he refuses, I'm so tempted to beat the shit out of him but I know that's pretty damn risky in it's own sense. After the shit he's pulled since living here, trust me, he deserves the beating.
My other alternative is to go into his room and basically take things of his tha are equal value to what he owes me. I don't want to go in there when he's not home because i'd be accused of stealing (i would be anyway but still) I want him to be there so I can say what I'm doing and why I'm doing it. But I know for a fact he'll manage to push me out of the room with force if it comes to it.
I can't go to uni accomodation about it because if students dont pay bills it's out of their hands and down to the house tenants to sort it. So either way I'm in a catch 22 situation.
I'm really, really stuggling here and I need some help really badly :(

Otherwise I'd just tell him that you're going to take stuff from him to get back what he owes you if he keeps avoiding you, and that it's his last warning. See what he does
